April Update
Monday 19th Aprol 2010Server Upgrades
Hydro Host have now completed the hardware upgrades to our servers. Our servers have upgraded hard disks and additional RAM. These upgrades mean higher standards of quality and more value for money for our clients.
New Website
At Hydro Host we are working hard on a new website. Please bear with us as it will take a few more months. But the website will allow both existing and new customers to find information and get help quicker.

Server Updates
Tuesday 15th February 2010Software updates were successful. We managed to do these vital upgrades with only a few seconds of downtime (reboot).
However, our website was down for a little longer as we encountered a few problems, these problems were promptly fixed and did not effect our clients.
The software versions are now: PHP 5.2.12 and MySQL 5.0.89 on all of our client servers.

Sunday 25th October 2009We have been re-assessing our support methods this weekend. We feel that the Help Design and the other systems we have in place are working very well. However we want to make our support even better.
We think you should be able to speak to a real person. This is why we are working hard to bring you telephone support for peak times. This will allow you to receive customer support and pre-sales support faster than ever. But don’t worry we won’t be taking away the current options. You will still have access to the knowledge base and helpdesk for general enquires and technical support.
We estimate that this feature will be up and running in 2 weeks time.
